Pardoner's Tale

        What would you come up with to try to keep a loot of money to yourself between 2 other people? You have to have a smudge bit of greed inside of you. Can not easily bribed between your peers. And a great liar and can talk people out of anything and be a bit devilish. 

        Greed is one the main things. You have to have some type of want for the money to remain yours and only yours. A great example would be one person stealing the money from the group and leaving them without a clue of what is going on.

        Being bribed by other people can lead to them getting away with the money for themselves and that is not what you want. You have to have a one track mind and one goal on what you need to do and what you need to get. Do not let the money leave your sight because somebody can leave with the money and you will never see them again in your life so stay one track minded. 

        Be a great liar and sneak your way out with the money if you have to. You can not be a nice little kid to them if you wanna make it out with the money clean. Lie say your going to put it in a safe place and once your gone with it take off and stay gone. 

         Follow these things and you should leave the country with a pocket full of money and a huge smile on your face. Never get caught, be greedy and nasty, and  be a great liar. If you can do all this you will be one rich fellow.

Pygmalion Essay

     Two men meet one night at Covent Garden. They talk and get to know each other and this starts a new lifestyle for them and others by making a simple exchange of a story and some money. The two points in this story really stood out to me in the story and that was the middle class classification and social status and personal status. 

      The middle class lifestyle is very different from todays living style. They were forced to marry each other when living together after a certain period of time. They were held at different standards than the lower class. They could not dress in a comfortable matter every minute of the day they were dressed in suits and dresses. The poor could not afford this type of lifestyle.

     The social status of the people in this book that they set out are stuck up, I can relate to this theme more because this happens today still. They were expected to be perfect with their grammar and looks inside the middle class if it was not perfect they were judged and considered “unfit” for the middle class. Their personal status was much different then their social image that they portrayed. People want to be perfect with everything around others and their personal image is shadowed by what they want others seeing. 

     It was more topics in the book but this was the topics that really stood out to me. It was a great read I really enjoyed the book. 

Goals in Life

     Everybody has their own goals in life. I have a few of my own. They start from high school to my adult life. I might change them a bit from now to then but for now this is what I am planning to do.
     I have to make sure this comes first, high school. I want to graduate from high school with a advanced diploma. After football season I want to get a job and buy my own car. I also want to leave high school with a 3.0 G.P.A.
     After high school I have a couple of goals. I want to go to the Army. Decide what career I want to do after college. Then after that go to Auburn University and finish my education there. I want a degree from Auburn.
     Now if I complete that I am done with any type of educations. I want to have at least two kids. Find my career get a new place. Move to another state and meet new people. Later on I want to have grandchildren and retire.
     Basically this is my life plan that I want. First I have to get away from high school. Go to college get my degree. After college find a good paying job and everything else. I want this to happen but I never know what might happen before this but so far this is it for my life and the plans I want.
